We recently came across this report from the National Small Business Association.
There are 29.6M small businesses in the United States. 24.8M of which have their own websites.
According to this NSBA report, 42% of small businesses market online, yet don’t sell any services online. That’s 12.6 Million small businesses who are investing money to drive visitors to their websites and social media pages, yet have no calls to action through transaction (Nice rhyme, no?). Incredible.
