On the heels of our earlier blog post about marketing your business on facebook, Mashable just put together a solid list of insights you should use to track your facebook marketing efforts:
- People “Talking about this” - This lets you track commentary and likes in real-time, so you can either reward those consumers or reproduce similar posts in the future.
- “Engaged users” - It’s important to grasp how consumers are interacting with your content on facebook. Who is sharing what, and when.
- “External Referrers” - you should always understand how a consumer lands on your webpage, and now facebook page. If you find a referring site that sends you leads, you should try to further develop that relationship or invest in that marketing channel.
