For those that haven't been, Emma's Pizza is a staple of Cambridge. And Jeff, the owner puts a lot of time and energy into offering not only a delicious product, but also great service. Part of that is a really solid belief and understanding that loyalty is everything. For that reason alone, we were excited to see their use of Privy.

Why they succeeded:
Jeff, the owner of Emma's Pizza, shared the promotion once a week on their twitter account. Social sharing had a direct correlation with transaction volume. By deliberately offering a promotion with a smaller discount, and a higher ticket value, Jeff was able to engage and reward his most loyal patrons, bringing them back more often.
Emma's pizza saw a 4% conversion rate on the offer, earned $2100 for a few tweets and tracked a 75% redemption rate. Pretty remarkable for just a few minutes of Jeff's time!
