We're proud to announce that we have completely overhauled the results section that appears on each campaign page in our dashboard. The goal of this overhaul was to provide you, the marketer, with more accurate and detailed real-time information on how well your campaigns are performing. Additionally, we wanted to show each campaign's progression over time, with special attention to how their performance is affected by events like Facebook and Twitter posts.
So without further ado, let's jump into the nitty-gritty of your new results page.
The New Accumulation Chart
Here it is, your brand new accumulation chart. This chart shows your campaign's claims and redemptions over time.
The lighter-blue area on top represents your online claims, while the darker-blue area below shows your offline redemptions. Hovering over any point will reveal detailed information about the time of day that the claim or redemption occurred at, as well as the campaign's total claims or redemptions up to that point.
The annotation timeline directly below the chart shows when various events happened throughout the campaign. Currently, events shown include:
- The start of the offer - green dot
- Automated Facebook posts - dark blue dot
- Automated Twitter posts - light blue dot
- The end of the offer - red dot
These event annotations help you determine which of your social media posts were most effective at driving claims and redemptions.
Some Old Friends: The Pie Charts!
Next up we have the customer source and redemption location pie charts. Not much has changed about these guys since the previous version. They are still a great way to track where your customers are coming from and which locations are bringing home the bacon with the most redemptions.
Get Great Feedback With Reviews
On top of adding better charts to track your campaign's progress, we've also made it much easier to view all the reviews people have written after redeeming your offer. And even better, you can now reply to each reviewer via email with the click of a button!
Use this functionality to reach out to guests who took the time to write a review. Be sure to thank them, and maybe even offer them a little something extra! A little personalization goes a long way.
Last But Not Least: New Customers
At the bottom of the results page, you have a simple list of all the first-time customers who claimed your offer. Each one of these customers represents a brand new email in your database. In the near future, we plan on making it easy for you to export all of the new customer emails gained from an individual campaign to your MailChimp or Constant Contact account with just a few clicks.
That about wraps it up for your new results page! We hope these improvements make it easier for you to track and understand how well your promotions are performing.
