We're excited to announce that we've added a completely overhauled contacts section in Privy, available across all plans.
The goal of the redesign was to help you access contacts and surface pertinent information, without too much digging.
Here are the highlights of the new contacts section.
Contacts Overview Design
You'll notice a streamlined contact view that enables you to consume more contacts in a single view, without pagination. Global contacts and performance across campaigns is readily available, and loads almost instantaneously, even with millions of customers in your Privy account.
Have a customer service issue? Trying to find a specific contact to see if they registered for your offer? Now you can search by first name, last name, or full email address.
Click a column header to sort by recency, signup volume or number of offer redemptions.
Individual Contact Cards
Dig deeper into an individual contact card to understand their full signup and redemption history with your campaigns. Each unique contact now also has it's own dedicated URL in case you want to share the contact view with a colleague.
And of course, individual contact cards now also include all custom field data associated with that individual contact. So if you're using custom fields to collect things like zip code, birthday, phone numbers, etc, all of that data is now contained within the individuals contact card.
